Tonight we went to Burgerville for dinner. We just wanted something fast so we could get home to our Senior Dog. We ordered grilled chicken sandwiches which aren't advertised on their menu. One of the sandwiches, the meat was too cool on the inside. I went to the counter with it and asked Travis if he could heat it up a bit. He said "sure" and said he would bring it to our table. So minutes later, he arrives with a new sandwich that was perfect. Travis made sure everything was fine and checked back with us again before we left. This is what customer service should be. Burgerville may be a little bit more expensive than most other fast-food places but it is always good and the quality of their food is above the rest. They have a wide selection of menu items to choose from. Another thing this restaurant does is try to hire people with various disabilities. This to us is so wonderful. Everyone needs a chance! A week ago we were there and a young Man was delivering food to the tables. He was very polite and was doing a good job He had a disability but here he was working. Kudos to Burgerville and to Travis. Thanks! Of course we will be back. BTW, this Burgerville has greatly improved from their past. We used to prefer the one on 26th and S.E. Powell but this Beaverton/Aloha franchise is vey much improved. I cannot rate their drive-through because we've never been through a drive-through, even if the food is to go. We like to walk inside instead of sit in a line of...
Read moreFriendliness is more important than anything at 11:32am. Sorry but I felt processed not welcome. I ordered a 10$+ fish and chips and a drink. Not one person smiled or said anything but the generic welcome to Burgerville. What happened to Burgerville in general? Are all of them being run like Burger King now? Hmm. I hope this post improved the training and care. How about instead of forcing your employees to smile simply pay them more than going wage. Motivate them. Not even the manager was smiling. I get bad things can go on but attitude is everything. To the employees ... I don't see the lack of smiles on your face as the problems. I see you don't get paid enough and they are only having you forcefully smile for minimum or near it. If I was being paid 13+$ an hour I'd be smiling working here. ;) Burgerville shame on you! Give them a reason to smile and enjoy their jobs. Looks like a lot of new people again. Get more in the drive through too. Jesus. 1 person can't handle 20+ cars. Also get your "stealth fries" which are supposed to be weighed and also frozen sat out for the 12 mins I waited. I normally am only a person of observation, today I decided that if I pay a premium for a product then it should be just that. It's now 11:44am. I am leaving and probably not...
Read moreChanging my review. I’ve had stellar service here for the last few months with little to no mistakes. The below review is still included for you to see what they have fixed and how far they came from the 1 star service. To be clear, I definitely recommend this Burgerville as they have turned their service quality and accuracy around.
Old review: DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They mess up my order 9/10 times, and this is no exaggeration. To the point that I have only ordered chicken strips for myself for the last year. But, they still mess that up; wrong sauces, wrong drink, missing pieces, missing drinks, etc. How the heck do you screw up chicken strips and fries?? The only reason I have been coming back here for the last year has been because they have gluten-free buns for my digestive intolerant child when we’re in a pinch for dinner and they are the only gluten-free fast food around our house. I dread having Burgerville as my only option. They only pay extra attention to my child’s order because it’s technically an allergy. However, “normal” orders are at the whim of the incompetent and staff and management as there are no repercussions for screwing them up. They just do not care at all. How hard is it to hire someone to check the orders before they go...
