Horrible Experience!! The good reviews are lies. I don’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you do decide to go, prepare yourself to be there for at least 3 + hours even if it’s for the most simplest thing and prepare pain killers for the migraines you will get. Went in for new sensors but the TPM light came back on the very next day and my back left tire weirdly had a slow leak. I had to return to find out that one of the sensors was broken!! I could see them struggling with my tire/rim so because i started asking questions the manager, the short lady Nadine gave me an attitude. She has a very nonchalant dismissive attitude and she was very bothered by my questions. Why? It’s my car and clearly something wasn’t right. The only reason i even found out about the sensor was because one of the young guys slipped up and told me. It was something i should have never found out about. They are definitely sneaky. I also replaced all 4 tires and they couldn’t even get the tire pressure’s right SMDH. They let me leave with one of the back tires at pressure of 30 and a front tire at 60! Who does that?!! That’s dangerous. I had to come back to this shop a total of 4 times in one week! Im just hoping that they didn’t cause more damage. I don’t trust them at all. Plus the mechanics seem lost, work slow and don’t seem knowledgeable its like they have all the trainees at this place. UPDATE* All I can say is THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart. The staff here genuinely care about the people they’re working with. Mr. Love went above and beyond and deserves a raise, a bonus, everything. I had no idea how I was going to pay for the emergency maintenance on my car but they made a way and got it done in less than 24 hours so I didn’t have to miss work. The first time I visited this shop I knew they were good but this customer service is on another level and really reflects what kindness looks like. Antonio hands down best technician I’ve ever encountered. Super polite and very knowledgeable! He knew exactly how to fix my problem as soon as I pulled up and when we started to discuss some other issues my vehicle was having, the prices were at least half of what my dealership was trying to charge me.
