Update as of 21 August 2024........ I wish I could take the one star away. The owner reached out regarding this matter, requesting I email with my contact information in hopes of discussing the issues further. I provided this information on 3 July 2024, with no further contact..... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND BUSINESS PRACTICES. AGAIN, DON'T PATRONIZE THIS T-MOBILE STORE, GO TO ANOTHER. DON'T..... I mean don't, ever allow your senior parents go into this T-Mobile location alone to conduct any type of business. The current manager is getting over on the senior community that patronize this store. He is charging seniors for additional items, new phone lines, etc. and not informing them. My father was one of his most recent victims, lucky for my father I look over everything. I was able to get into the store and talk at the manager, he was not willing (will never) to admit any wrongdoing in his transaction. He even lied to my face, trying to say I told him my father didn't have insurance on his phone (I never mentioned insurance for the phone). I explained that T-Mobile customer service put everything in the system and all my father needed to do was go into the store to verify his account and pick up a phone (I didn't care what type of phone). To say the least, my father ended up having to pay over $100 dollars, of which he really didn't have (due to being on a fixed income), that day. When I spoke to the manager, he was only concerned about the sells he can make, not the customer. This is not the type of person that needs to be working in a retail business located in a heavily senior populated neighborhood. This is just disgusting and disrespectful. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would give this place zero Stars. They did nothing to help me and the supposed manager just sat there played on his phone. Told me that I needed to hand in a phone I didn't have! T-Mobile only gave me one phone and because they messed up the number to the phone they would not give me my phone that was delivered there. I went there three times. Nobody could help me. They're sitting around playing games. Some of the workers were very nice. It was the manager. He was very nasty, did nothing. He got his freaking doordash and went back in the back and went on his way. Didn't help me what so ever. I've had multiple people say the same thing about this place Even other T-Mobile stores talking about souderton. Don't go here for your stuff. They do not help you. If it makes them do more work then it's Worth. They'll just say they can't do anything for you. And I've had nothing but troubles with T-Mobile, not just this place T-Mobile in general too. I've never had so many problems with a phone carrier. It's really ridiculous. But I just want to warn people and I know that some people will have great experiences. It just depends on what you need done.
P.S people we need to complain about this manager at T-Mobile. As soon as I walked in he was horrible. Rude. Didn't greet you at all. It was like you were intruding. He needs to get fired!!! T-Mobile you need to do something about the souderton T-Mobile...

I upgraded my phone and opened two lines on 8/2/2021, I was given a certain promotion and when my bill came the following month I realized I didnāt get the promotion for my line. I called T-Mobile and they were very confused about the transaction that was done at the store. I went to the store the following day and they said Ryan āwasnāt inā he will call me during the week. Day and weeks went by and nothing. I live 40 minutes away and cannot go there every other day. I literally spoke with everyone in that store Including THE MANAGER and āthey were aware of my situation and would call me back when it wasnāt as busy. Went back to the store last week and asked for Ryan and AGAIN Ryan would be in on Tuesday he will call you. Itās been over 1 month and NOONE has called me back to fix my account. I literally was on the phone with T-Mobile for 1 hour and 20 minutes to try and fix the confusion and they had to open an investigation JUST BECAUSE RYAN who literally helped with the whole transaction COULDN'T CALL ME TO FIX THE ISSUE.
