TL;DR Do not order from this location it is simply not worth it.
Be warned - rant incoming: It is genuinely impressive the sheer amount of different ways that this location can mess up our order. We've attempted to order food from this location multiple times over the past several years waiting a few months between orders because they are so notoriously bad at following even our most simple orders. Unfortunately, I'm not even exaggerating when I say that the past 10 times we've ordered here something is wrong with our order or they completely forgot to include something with our meal (not a simple thing like a sauce packet - but an entire whopper when we order a three-whopper meal). The only option you have to get your order 100% correct is to drive to the store in person and pick up your order, and then individually check to make sure everything is present and accounted for, but the employees ignore you or make you wait for several minutes before attending to you. In one instance using the drive thru, a manager personally came out to hand me my food after I had to wait and he apologized personally for how incompetent his staff was and I didn't even mention any complaints so I feel for the poor managers that have to deal with whoever is working here and giving less than the bare minimum of effort at their job. Time and time again we've reported that we are missing food from our delivery orders and its a complete waste of time because the management do not take you seriously or brush you off - and in the end they just give you a $3 credit off your next meal, a credit that honestly feels quite useless as you can't pair it up with any of the 'deals' in the app so you end up losing out on more money which feels like a crime in its own right that this is your only recourse because we know they are going to just get our next order wrong and have the cycle continue (which has already happened). It may not be going too far to say that this location should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau. Lately we were happy to hear that a new location opened up in Dublin and we ordered from them once already and they got our order 100% correct which was fantastic! So over a week passes and wanted to order from them again on the app but had the absolute misfortune of the app not telling us where we were getting our food from until AFTER the order was confirmed to find out that it was going to be coming from this terrible location and we could not cancel it. We got our order and at least this time they didn't forget an entire whopper, but they somehow forgot to include any of the 8 sauce packets that were on our order (4 which were included with the meal and 4 that we paid extra for), they did not include an 8-piece chicken nugget pack, and they didn't include napkins or even straws for the two milkshakes that we ordered. To make matters worse, when they packed the whopper the lettuce wasn't even under the bun it was off on the side, and they couldn't even pour the syrup in the chocolate milkshake correctly; the syrup was spilling down the side of the outside of the cup making a mess. We've learned our lesson that we can't order from the app and choose our restaurant location and will be driving in person to the new location for future orders (if any) to Burger King.
Its been made clear many times that the workers and owners of this location do not care about you or your order and will do anything in their power to ignore you or brush you off if you have any complaints. We even wrote a message to corporate respectfully outlining our issues but they have only ignored us. I'm sad that it has come to this as normally I don't write any negative reviews, but in this case I highly recommend choosing a different location to eat at, even the McDonald's across the street - at least they can follow a simple order. Also if there does happen to be some competent workers at this location that feel the same pain as we have, like the manager I mentioned earlier, I'm sorry you have to deal with such inept co-workers and I wish...
Read moreMobile ordered, arrived at drive thru, was informed they didn’t have onion rings to complete our order ( 2 rodeo burgers, 2 orders onion rings, along with other items). Ok so can we cancel order? No have to call an 800 number and wait on hold for an hour. Ok can we have our order and substitute their lack of onion rings for something of equal value, after 3 people we get an answer of yes but we are going to park you due to others in drive thru, again OK. Never asked what we wanted as substitutes. Pull through drive thru again to ask what we can get as substitutes, drive thru girl gets snippy and asks why we drove off, they had our food ready. Pull to window. Order is ready? We ask what we can get as substitutes. We are informed they made the rodeo burgers without onion rings and now have 4 orders of fries. Had to ask and wait for the drink we ordered. Cherry on top, order also included a double bacon cheeseburger with onions. We received 2 patties and some bacon strips on a bun. “Rodeo” burgers and fries cold. This place has always given me a bad experience every time I’ve been there. Had the hankering for BK and went against my better judgement and went here tonight. Threw the order in the trash and hit the McDonalds across the street for a seemless, painless, pleasurable experience. We always order via the BK app. Last night the worst experience of all. 20 mins waiting at the food window and watching them trying to put the order together was just sad. 2 females both clueless. The manager finally comes out and does for them. I ask for my drink as I ordered a Medium Bacon Burger Meal and they tell me no drink. I say “don’t the meals come with a drink?” The manager replies “yes but if there is an error on the app you have to address with the BK app not us.” I pull up my receipt and show I ordered a MEAL and ask again don’t all meals come with a drink? The manager gets very angry he’s tone very derogatory and tells me to take up with the BK app. Keep in mind you’re not allowed to go in this BK location they have signs up on the door drive thru only which they have been doing since COVID (odd no other BK is doing). The food that I ordered through the app that took 20 minutes to get ready at the window was OLD, COLD, and STALE. Old, cold, stale food tends to be the norm here whether you order through the app or go directly to the drive thru window.
