Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Hilltown Township

Used DOORDASH to place an order for my family for dinner. Order randomly canceled through the app without explanation about an hour later. I figured it may have been an accident so I placed the order again through the DOORDASH app. 30 min later, cancelled again!! Decided to call the store and find out what’s going on…the person I spoke with said the issue was that they no longer do business with DOORDASH, and I could order through a different delivery app as they don’t deliver to my address (I live 5 miles from the store). Said OK I will place the order again via GrubHub and wasn’t to confirm you will be able to fulfill the order. 20 min later…order cancelled again citing they can fufill the order (pizza & wings)

Judging by the other reviews this establishment is a mess. I do not recommend this Papa...

THE WORST PIZZA PLACE IN TOWN!!! I NOT SURE IF THEY ARE UNDER A NEW OWNER BUT THEY ARE USELESS AND CLUESS IN HOW BUSINESS SHOULD BE RAN!!! ALSO U GET THE PIZZA BAKING RACK WITH YOUR ORDER!! MANAGER FULL OF EXCUSES!!! TODAY WE PLACED AN ORDER OF HAM AND PINEAPPLE PIZZA. WE WERE NEVER INFORMED THERE WAS NO PINEAPPLE. WHEN MY HUSBAND SHOWED UP TO PICK IT UP THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO MENTION MY PIZZA HAD NO PINEAPPLE I HONESTLY BELIEVE THEY WERE TRYING TO FLY UNDER THE RADAR HOPING WE WOULDN'T NOTICE IT, ALSO WE ORDERED A REGULAR PEPSI AND RECEIVED A ZERO SUGAR PEPSI ( WE LIVE 15 MIN AWAY, MANAGER JUST SAID JUST COME BACK!! This was our first visit and our last! Gross when the person making your pizza is the same person handling money and the computer then didn't wash his hands but went on to make another crust. I feel sorry for the person who ate that pizza. All food workers need to wear gloves. Very unorganized.Very unsanitary. We were told our pizza would be done in 25 minutes but when we arrived 20 minutes later , it wasn't even made yet.
