I won’t be coming back. I’ve used this place a handful of times and everyone is nice and helpful but this time all I needed was a crab claw clasp for a small Sterling necklace nothing fancy. I was thinking it would be a quick fix to replace something like that but didn’t hear back from them so I called back at the end of the day to say what the status was and told me it would be done next day. No big deal there but took 3 days to replace some that takes a few seconds to do. Again, not that big of deal but when it came to payment. It was 45 dollars for a 8-10$ part. Even with maintenance I could have expected around 20 maybe 25 but 45? When I asked about it because my chain that I bought from them last year cost only 90, I was told the price of gold has gone up.
