Was a lifetime Coach supporter, but will NEVER buy Coach ever again. It’s amazing how one manager can ruin it for Coach. Coach was closed for 3 days after hurricane Dorian (which didn’t even hit Hilton Head). It took them 2 full days before they even took the boards off their doors (all other stores had been open those days). Then they claimed they couldn’t open because they had to “re-mark” everything. As we were leaving the island, I asked if we could just buy one item and was told no because they had to “re-mark” all their sales. After being closed for 6 days, (while all other stores have been open for the last 3 days), you would think they would want a sale. Obviously not. Not only did you lose a sale, you lost a “Coach”...
Read moreI hate to post a bad review because I love coach men’s wear. Unfortunately I have to today. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful to me answering any questions I had and pointing me in the right direction making sure I had a good shopping experience.
Here is my problem. I observed a bald man with glasses (assuming the manager) treating his employees like dirt, talking down to them and wouldn’t even look them in the eyes when talking to them. This needs to be taken care of immediately. Those employees do not deserve to be treated in such a way, ESPECIALLY in front of paying customers.

One of the workers came to me immediately and said "ma'am u have to put on your mask" I said I will, I have asthma and needed to catch my breath. She was irritated and said I understand but u have to put it back on. There was only 1 other customer in the store and he was at least 18ft away from me on the otherside.
