I want to give a shout out to Zales Outlet in Bluffton, SC. Store manager Diana Tarulli went above and beyond with her customer service. We recently had my husbands wedding ring resized (after wearing it too big for over a year), it was finished and we went to pick it up last week. While at the store I asked Diana if she could clean the ring my husband got me for Christmas over a year & a half ago purchased around the same time. She asked if it needed to be inspected as it needed to be done every 6 months to meet the guarantee requirements. I said, sure. I didnāt have the paperwork with me and she couldnāt find it under my name or my husbands. There was no record of it! Because she remember us, and remembered our story of why the ring was purchased (in memory of my oldest sons death), she was able to go through the back door of the system using dates & numbers to find our purchase. It took a few minutes but it was worth it! I also asked if she could clean and inspect my wedding rings that were purchased in another state from a different jeweler (who we had a very bad experience with and will never go back)! She said, āABSOLUTELYā! We chatted about life, family & health. Dianaās personality & detail to customer satisfaction is the reason we would highly recommend Zales in Tanger!...

Both of them gave us first class treatment after shopping at several other jewelry stores in the area and feeling like all they wanted to do was sell us something for what was supposed to be a very special occasion and wanting to feel like what we bought was what we wanted. Not just a ring not only did we leave with what was one of the most beautiful wedding bands that I know my wife is going to cherish for the rest of her life but they made it such a wonderful experience not only did they not just try to sell us just anything, they expressed they didnāt want us to buy anything unless we were absolutely happy with it which is how it should be when purchasing something so meaningful. The icing on the cake was we took our little girl with us to help pick out the ring who is age 6 and she deserved one too so the sales staff gave her a complementary ring so she didnāt feel left out I cannot thank you enough truly from the bottom of our hearts...

Once I was able to talk to the employees alone because she had found the ring she wanted they told me about their credit card option for the ring, I was hesitant as this is a big decision and it still was going to be some time before I would ask her, the employees assured me that I could return the ring at any time so I trusted them and decided to do it.
Iāve been dealing with this issue for awhile and i called customer service and got very little help. I called this store and talked to the employees and asked for the manager I spoke with at that time and they no longer work for zales. Now im stuck with this credit card and the ring due to the lies I was told. This has had a serious impact on my finances and mental health. I would seriously consider other companies before going through...
