I hadn’t been to a francesca’s in so long, and was initially put a little down by the “fits small” sizing— but the two girls there; Fanny and Rell, were absolute Godsends!! They helped me (and later my mom as well) find styles that fit with my body type, colors that complimented me, and best of all gave me such a great boost of self-esteem with some amazingly cute outfits I can’t wait to wear! Thank you so much for being so kind and taking so much time genuinely helping me!! I’ll be recommending y’all...

I visited the store a week ago while on vacation and the associate that rang me out was very rude when I had asked if i could exchange an item after purchase.
