Crumbl — Restaurant in Hilton Head Island

We love Crumbl Cookies and are regular customers at our local Crumbl. We decided to order at the Hilton Head location. We ordered (and paid) ahead and arrived at 10:01pm to pickup our order placed on the app. Somehow, since we were 1 min late, they had managed to put everything away and didn't have any cookies left for us. I placed an order and it gave me a 30 minute window. Cool, not a problem. I walk in shortly after placing my order, line of people, but orders are getting out. I notice a mini box sitting on the counter, open. I kind of assumed it was mine. My name hasn’t been called, nothing. I see people who have walked in after me, getting these big boxes of cookies. I’m waiting on 3 minis. Finally after 17 mins, I ask if she can check on my order. She asked for my name and I tell her. She rattles off, “oh, is it the blah blah blah…”. Out of one that I had pre ordered. It was a small cookie - I asked to leave one small out of my box and instead give me the cookie in large for half off. It was too hard to understand. She just stated, “well one of our big cookies is worth two of our small cookies”…..yeah?! That is my point.
