T.J. Maxx — Local services in Hinesville

Although the selection of merchandise is great, the store lacks structure and organization. They are never staffed adequately, racks are everywhere, blocking off other merchandise and the staff they do have are not customer service driven. I rarely write reviews but the other day I went and spent about $120, just for the cashier checking me out to be completely distracted answering her phone that she didn’t even bag my candles. I had to carry them out. She didn’t acknowledge me at all during the check out process. She then proceeds to talk to the manager, who was complaining about lunch breaks. Mind you, it was not busy at all at the time. Love to shop here but...

Employees are nice. Usually packed. Lines can be outrageous. Most of the time it moves rather quick but there are the times you will be in line longer than you shop. I like to go to look at certain areas like pets and clearance. Recently they have updated a few areas and looks better and more out together. The plus size area..for woman atleast..is there but like not there. Offers more than some places in town but not that much more. Most of the clothes look like for way older people....not tjmaxx's...
