Final Edit: The store is OPEN! District Manager Linda and Employee Taylor deserve 5 stars. But, due to the building owner and Caroline's failures I will have to give an overall 4 stars. Linda and Taylor completely embodied customer service and genuine pride in their jobs. I have purchased my mattress which is being delivered very soon. I'm very glad I stayed committed to Mattress Firm for my purchase.

Edit: This business is not actually open yet. After calling 1-800-MATRESS and speaking with 4 different employees I was finally told there was an issue with the city and the business is closed until POSSIBLY this Saturday. There was no notice of this change after the grand opening. I also had a customer service representative named "Caroline" lie to me. She told me she emailed the store and they would have the store open for me in an hour. After going to the store an hour later it was still closed.
