Artisan Series — Local services in Hoboken

We absolutely loved living in the Artisan on Jefferson! We came from an apartment complex with rude building management and poor customer service, so the vibes of the building staff mattered a lot to us. I met Nicole on Day 1 of my tour and she was just the kindest, sweetest, most helpful person. She remained that way throughout the entire time that we lived there- simply the best. The building staff - including the wonderful maintenance guys - were incredible, quick to reply if we needed anything, and dependable. We felt extremely cared for. Only had to leave because of the increase in rent cost, but that’s what happens anywhere in Hoboken. Sad to leave!...

UPDATE: If you enjoy having hot water don't live here. After living here for 9months we have had days with no hot water at least 2-3 times a month for the past 4months. The only thing Management has been consistent on is giving it's residents the run-around. The amount of times we have had someone on site to fix the same problem (just reworded everytime) is outrageous. We all have the emails to prove it. Paying way too much to deal with these consistent frustrations!
