If youâre a new client make sure to arrive super early. I arrived 20 minutes early, by the time I found parking and tried/failed to find the studio entrance (itâs weirdly hard to find), so called in to ask where it was - it was about 5-10 minutes before class was supposed to start. Long story short: the woman on the phone said I couldnât join the class (didnât even tell me where the door was lol) since it was ~8 minutes before class and ânew clientsâ need to be there 15 minutes early. Kind of frustrating since Iâm not a new client (have been to other Cyclebar Studios before - I guess it didnât count bc it was a different franchise location?) & 5+ minutes is more than enough time to walk someone through how the bikes work.
Not used to workout studios being that uptight about the ânew clientâ orientation - but oh well - if you decide to go, just be sure to arrive super early (Iâd aim for 30-35 mins early) to leave time to find parking, find the studio, and still get there more than 15 mins early or you might...

It took me an hour with traffic to get to this location. I was able to find parking a few blocks over on the busiest Hoboken street. I literally RAN to find this class, which is in a random industrial building on the 3rd floor. i arrived to the class at 6:33pm (the class started at 6:30pm) only to be turned away for being 3 mins late. (I could even still hear the instructor talking to ppl- there was no music⌠they didnât even start yet!) Not to mention my friend was in the same class and she texted me that someone just walked in right before I texted her they wouldnât let me in. It honestly didnât feel nice especially for someone new to the class. (Iâve been to many Cyclebar locations with ClassPass so itâs not like Iâm not familiar with that to do⌠I didnât need them to show me anything. I understand if I was new or didnât know what to do. There isnât a grace period????? Def wonât be coming...
Read moreI was excited to try Cyclebar Hoboken our during an upcoming trip. Purchased a Groupon deal - $54 for 4 rides. As part of the deal I needed to contact the studio after purchasing the voucher to see what class times were available and to get booked in. I emailed them twice over 3 days and also send them a FB messenger message. I also tried calling the studio several times but no one answers. 6 days later I have not received a response on either emails nor the FB message. I eventually had to ask Groupon to cancel the deal and refund the money as I leave today for the trip and I still had not received a response from them. Groupon responded to my email in less than 10 hours.Very disappointing experience from Cycle...
