If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I'm not from the area.. wanted to order some food so I thought let me check this place out.. let me tell you, the lady in the front taking orders is EXTREMELY RUDE and needs a manners/customer service 101 class on how to treat and speak to customers. I simply wanted a spring roll with my order and she kept rolling her eyes at me continually telling me "I already told you no" like..?? Clearly they sell spring rolls because its on the menu, but for some reason I could not have that with my order..And then I asked her a question about substitution, which she then proceeded to IGNORE ME and take the next customer behind me.. after giving me an attitude for the THIRD TIME, I asked for my card back and said "thanks but no thanks, that's not how you speak to customers" which she then responded "I dont care".. lmao I'm not even mad it's just hilarious.. she probably doesnt care about the business, not coming...

I must say,the last Chinese food I got while visiting the U.S made me literally sick with the amount of MSG used in Chinatown NYC. This year, my friends drove me to this LoFattChow(cool name) Chinese restaurant. Took us 45 minutes to get there but worth it. Fresh,low salt, light, non greasy,and without batter. Many standard dishes but many dishes I would not normally see. This is not your typical Chinese takeout just offering Chicken Fried rice/wings and egg rolls. I’d describe it as a diverse mix of traditional and higher end authentic cuisine with a healthy concept in mind. Mixture of China Mandarin and Hong Kong Cantonese tastes to choose from. Tasted just like the Chinese food we are used to in Toronto’s multiple Chinese fine restaurants. Lady owner is extremely nice and intelligent. Nice to see someone like this succeed. See you again...

If only I could ZERO stars. I was a longtime loyal customer and always loved the food, however this one time I got the beef & broccoli it smelled and tasted absolutely RANCID.

To be fair it's not out of the blue for Chinese food to be off sometimes, so I just called and asked to see if they would refund / replace. They refused to help me at all and got OFFENDED that I didn't want to potentially get ill/ sick from meat that smelled spoiled. The owner literally told me "no no you don't get a replacement or refund because this just means you don't like my cooking!!!" And then hung up on me.

That in of itself speaks volume to how this business is being run, and concerns me that there likely are significant health code violations being broken, if that's how defensive the owner gets over one small complaint and request. Stay away at...
