It started off wonderfully but, due to questionable customer service, I will NOT be giving them my business or recommending them. During the late winter/spring I went in for IVs to supplement my immunity and wellness while working a new, supremely stressful job as well as easing asthma and psoriasis. I felt refreshed. The nurses at the location are great, skilled, professional, and have good bedside manner. One nurse in particular noticed that I would almost always get the Limitless IV (which is not cheap) and recommended that I purchase a package of 5 IVs for $860. I thanked her, signed up on the spot, and redeemed 3 out of 5 IVs to date. Unfortunately, I've been cut off from using the remaining two IVs in my package.
Unbeknownst to me, the package expired and I was only notified THE DAY AFTER it did via a text message. No email. No phone call. A text message. The manager, Rebecca, claimed that the email on file was removed (which is strange as I can see other correspondence from IV Elements in my email) but that does not explain why I was contacted the very day after the package expired. They could have easily called or even texted earlier to warn me. I expressed that I was very unhappy. Rebecca offered to give me less than a week to redeem the rest of the package however, that wasn't feasible as I was already on vacation out of state. With that - She told me to call when I was back but, all of a sudden, she was only offering to let me redeem one more IV instead of the two that I had left in the package. This is ridiculous.
Instead of being understanding and attempting to keep my business, Rebecca was condescending, deciding to make an argument that I didn't actually lose any money based on face value. As mentioned, the Limitless IVs are rather expensive. Three of them alone would add up to $822 (according to Rebecca in her texts to me). That versus my $860 already paid apparently satisfies the argument that I at least received face value for my IVs. But that is NOT the point of a package. The package was sold to me by a nurse so that I could save money and build a positive relationship with the business. Plus, saving money this way opens up opportunities for add-ons, boosters, etc. How did we forget such a common business practice? After such that questionable exchange with IV Elements and the resultant poor customer service, I have no reason to trust that they will do business in good faith, at least as it pertains to packages. BUYER BEWARE. This is a really sneaky and horrible way of taking advantage of...
Read moreMy son had an iv infusion on 2/27/2025 at 3pm with Nurse Madelynn. This was my oldest son's first ever experience having any type of phlebotomy procedural interaction. My son practices martial arts and is in the process of recovering from mononucleosis. Hence his tolerance for pain is well above average so when he felt a sting upon iv insertion he mentioned it, but Madelynn did not seem concerned. He kept mentioning how he felt a strong sensation of the iv throughout the session. After the session was over he said he felt his arm was in pain. He immediately took a nap because he sleeps a lot because of mono. Upon waking up he could not bend his arm at all, felt numbness, and could not generate any contraction. I contacted Madelynn via text and she assured me it was bruising when no bruising was present or ever became present. To summarize in succinct fashion what has happened subsequently: First a pain physician has us go to the ER for fear of a clot based on his symptoms and the inflammation and coldness felt in his hand. A venous and arterial doppler were performed and no clot found. I had to take him to a hand/arm nerve specialist (Institute for Hand and Arm Surgery). He has been undergoing PT for several weeks now as he cannot fully bend his arm or generate strength with it. Through my network of professional relationships in healthcare, I met with a phlebotomy expert and had him assess my son’s arm presently and through pictures I took of the arm when he woke up and could not move the arm and other times since then. He highlighted the process for vein selection and was shocked Nurse Madelynn went with the basilic vein for the iv. It is the highest risk vein for adverse events. The lowest risk is the median cubital, which in the pictures I showed him could not be seen (and thus probably could not be felt). The next lowest risk profile for vein selection is the Cephalic, which was very visible in the pics he assessed. He could not understand how she did not go with that vein. And just to conclude the vein risk profile selection process, before the basilica vein, one should choose hand veins. The irony of it all in this entire episode, is his high fatigue levels have come down after the iv and I would have happily done more iv treatments had this gone right. I was in touch with the owner months ago and her verbiage and tone suggested I was some overreactive pedestrian. I’ve been in healthcare almost 20 years this was not normal. My son’s arm functionality is about 90%...
Read moreThis was my first time trying an IV treatment. I suffer from chronic pain, anxiety, stress, etc. I’ve tried just about every type of treatment out there. I heard about others who have done IV treatment and figured I’d give it a try. I found IV Elements here on Google. They got back to me same day, on the July 4th holiday, and set everything up. Very easy to do with a couple of texts and emails. Rebecca is very friendly and makes the process easy. I chose to do a mobile in-home treatment. A little more expensive, which makes sense, but completely worth it. Stephanie who was the nurse who came out was a complete angel. She was friendly, knowledgeable, caring, yet wasn’t overbearing and checked on me periodically. I even got to take a brief nap and she just quietly sat by and monitored things. I did the 1.5hr NAD+ some other therapies in the IV. When it was all done she checked me out on the phone, I paid cash, which there’s a small discount for paying cash, and of course tip also, and she was out the door, all within 2 hours. I’m now writing this review about 2-3 hours since the treatment finished. First the negative, which aren’t really negatives: I have some stomach cramping, which they did advise of. It’s not horrible. I also got like the sound of locusts and chimes going off in my ears, but not bad, and an intense thirst. Since eating and drinking water tho I feel better. Now for the positives: I feel even better than I did during and right afterwards treatment. I feel just as they described the treatments I was getting - very calm and unstressed and a feeling of well being like nothing can bother me and the angst and tension I had earlier is gone. Wiped out. And this is one of the craziest parts - for a very very RARE occasion I feel NO chronic pain. This expletive is the REAL DEAL. And I am no relative or friend of anyone in this business or field or anyone related to anyone. I am just someone who has tried everything out there and this place is really good and their treatments are worth every penny. THANK YOU to Rebecca and Stephanie and IV Treatments for giving me at least a day of relief.. I will be back again to an in-office visit for sure. (The photo shown was during my second time with IV Elements - first time in the office - an equally great...
