There was already a small line (3–4 people) when I got there, which was a good sign. I went for the classic: meat over rice. The beef steak was thinly sliced, perfectly grilled, and packed with smoky, bold flavors. The yellow rice was aromatic and tasty, pairing beautifully with the meat. There might be at least 20 30 halal food trucks around hoboken, jersey city, weehawken, union city, this is one of the best of them, rice perfectly cooked and separated,chicken and lamb perfectly cook,(may be chicken could some more flavor), really good white sauce, not so spicy red sauce(took 3 lines it wasnt spicy as others(in a good way)). More than enough quantity. Can be lunch and dinner😅 depending on yur eating preferences(for me worked). I prefer lamb here, absolutely amazing. Falafal are crispy and cooked good.
