I popped by on 9/25 and had a smooth experience right from the get-go. The gentleman at the front desk was a standout—super welcoming, professional and clearly someone who takes pride in his role.
Once inside, if you haven’t pre-ordered, there’s a kiosk on the right. Pro tip from the budtenders: snap pics of your desired items and show them at the counter. A bit unconventional, but it worked.
Even though there were a few other customers, I didn’t wait a second in line. My budtender, David, was a gem—friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to inform me that I didn’t need to create an account right away. Apparently, after scanning my ID, I’m automatically in their system, and any points from my first order would magically apply. Bonus: you get 10% off your first order!
Now, here’s where things got a little hazy. On my way out, I tried to exit through the same door I came in. Oops, not the exit! The budtenders pointed me in the right direction, but to my surprise, there was no sign marking the exit. Ding! Lost a star for that.
And remember that account David mentioned? It’s there, but no order history, no points, and no way to upload my receipt. A bit of a buzzkill—I’d have signed up before ordering if I’d known.

Read moreFirst of all, the guy at the first kiosk in the lobby said I would get 20% off and the guy in the store only gave me 10% off.
Secondly, the gummies they sold me were disgusting. I have been taking Camino gummies for many years. These were the only ones that were *ever& stale and all stuck together (see picture). They also didn't taste right and there were weird stickers on the side I hadn't seen before.
Thirdly, these don't taste like Camino gummies. I've also never seen the leag "logo" on the gummies but I am willing to admit the possibility that those are a recent addition to the project, maybe?
I was willing to pay a little extra as a "convenience fee" to buy my favorite brand but c'mon..... Higher prices and lower quality?
Truly disappointed. I will not be coming back.
