Tried to buy a new straight razor and asked the girl before I asked her to even unlock anything, if the straight razor that has a safety guard on, is able to come off. If not I'd choose the one next to it.

She tells me yes the guard comes off, so I buy it and get home to see how I can get this safety guard off. To save time and effort I opened the razor blades that came with it and see they all have that guard on there and there's no way to take it off.

So now that my time and money has been wasted I have to go back in there to exchange it or get my money back. Because the sales associate couldn't perform her job correctly.

It wouldn't be a big deal and would probably have gotten a better rating if the girl could've at least had the decency to just say she doesn't know the answer to my question instead of giving any lame answer she can just to get me out of the store faster.

These younger kids don't have a clue on how to do a job well done. They'd get more recognition if they would at least try to do the job they were...

I've never lightened my hair before, which is dark brown. I went there because i figured it would be easy to get help from a professional beauty shop but instead was surrounded by a crew that was over worked and thus not so eager to help. Two girls gave me two different halfa**ed answers. Finally after reading through about 10 products I finally went up to a woman he was unloading boxes and I asked her about a product and she said she stopped and took the time and help me find what I needed and taught me a few tricks before and after bleaching. I gave her 5 Stars she was a redhead pretty lady. But my rest of the experience was pretty bad. It's a shame with this world has come to that they make their people work so hard with little help. they can't even do their job anymore.
