I purchased a grill on 05/15/20 and went to put it together and it was missing the handle and hardware to assemble. I called the store where I purchased it at (Holbrook, AZ) and they told me I couldn’t exchange or return grill. So basically I’m *#%+ out of luck. All I needed was to get the hardware and handle and they wouldn’t work with me. As an essential worker, time has been scarce. I finally had time to grill and relax and since they sold me an incomplete product the food I bought to grill will go to waste. It’s nothing you can cook on a stove.( Kabobs ) so for the night I’m out 60 bucks because of a poorly run store. Each visit I witnessed numerous times of bad management, Charlene particular, is just downright rude using inappropriate tone and attitude towards customers especially to the workers just doing their job assisting customers -customer service- Today I overheard employees needing the restroom, that is controlled by the same manager who I mentioned earlier, literally had to leave the store to use the restroom. That's a health risk for the employees as well as OSHA violation if I'm not mistaken.
