This is a lovely little shop. The fabric selection is on point. There is a beautiful craft/class room. Knowledgeable staff and very friendly service. The kids all picked soveneers, while we were here. Painted Desert Quilts had fun little project kitts. This is the kind of shop I would expect to find in an art district of an urban sprawl, but to find this little gem sitting directly on rural route 66; what a treat. The ladies here are super helpful. They have a good variety of fabrics, notions etc. They do repairs and I believe alterations. I'm pretty sure you can bring your machine and use their sewing station to sew your projects. Not sure if there is a fee involved. Also two women brought their quilts in to sew on the long arm. Not sure if there was a fee for that either. I didn't see any sewing...

A great place to meet other quilters and to work on quilting projects. Betty Peck is so helpful and accommodating. Our classes held there have been so worthwhile.
