Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Holbrook

I'm on an extended road trip from Ohio. I bought a little buddy portable propane heater and paid for the extended warranty/ replacement plan. I went to this store because the heater was defective and the store "manager" Tom (Tommy) Person was unbelievably rude and disrespectful to the point that I had the manager from the tractor supply in Ohio that I bought it on the phone with me (Kelsey) was shocked. I had to resort to calling the customer service to file a claim. I have never seen anyone in customer service act as immature with clear anger issues as Tom - Tommy Person has. Needles to say I will not be giving any of my business to this store. Since I'm planning on being on the road with no end date. That's a decent amount of business I'm going to...

We have been broken down in Holbrook with a damaged motorcycle trailer for nearly a week. We saw some trailers outside of Tractor Supply and inquired about a 5x10 utility trailer. The trailers apparently had old sales prices on then (with no expiration date). They made no deal of it and honored the advertised price without even mentioning it to us. It wasn't until we were leaving when we saw them switching the price tags to the new, higher price.

Great customer service from everyone that helped us, and the trailer is exactly what we needed. MUCH better than our experience with the Home Depot...
