Burger King — Restaurant in Holbrook

Holbrook AZ is a tiny little town that doesn't have much in it however their Burger King was quick and our breakfast was fresh and hot. Due to Covid-19 the main dining room is closed and they won't allow anyone to go inside to order. They DO however have a sign posted on the front door with their# so that people on foot or with trucks and trailers who won't make it thru the drive thru can still call and order their meal. Staff then comes to the door, takes the payment and brings the food and drinks to you. It's definitely unconventional however it worked wonderfully and was a blessing for us since we can't make it thru any drive thru in our truck...

No water. No guest WiFi. Seriously?! Who doesn't offer guest WiFi in the year 2020?

Between this & the requirement to beg to use the bathroom from somebody behind the counter when they acknowledge your presence it's a wonder nobody was here when we were here.

Maybe they could try a little more customer service.

If it wasn't for the Tesla Supercharger we never would have known this place even existed. Instead of being grateful it brought paying customers they treated us like 2nd class citizens.

We opted to get just enough juice to get us to the next one. Maybe the businesses near that stop will be more grateful of...

We stopped for Lunch. I was using a coupon for chicken nuggets and was told I have to pay separate for coupons???? Since when? So we got our food sat down at Table and I bit into my Chicken Nugget and it was raw and gooey. I put it back in bag, took back and told them it was raw in middle. The boy took them stuck them back in fryer and gave back to me Minus the raw one. I've worked Food Service many years and once Food leaves kitchen you do not stick Food back in fryers.....cross cantamination!! That's a NoNo.....so what else do they do that's not right? I wouldn't trust this...
