The lady behind the front desk was so unpleasant and rude it was unbelievable. She had a scowl on her face and was curt and un-inviting from the moment I walked in the door. Mid-discussion with the gunsmith she interrupted abruptly with an extremely rude and accusatory outburst suggesting I should know how busy they are without being told and not to interrupt that work by asking questions about prospective business. It was so uncalled for that she gradually trailed off and was only muttering towards the end of her comment as if the embarrassment of it was being revealed to herself as it came out.

I wasn't going to stand there and try to teach her that people can't read her mind, or that her behavior is self defeating for a business, or that other genders like mine risk assault & battery if we talk to people the way she did. I paid $30 for him to sight a scope and he did, took 3-4 days. I took it out for practice and couldn't hit once with the scope. I went back to tell him and he tells me he used a laser bore sight and scoped it out inside his store. Did he expect me to need at scope 20 yards?
