If I could give Zero stars I would. I had a trip I was about to go on tomorrow and I needed some last minute toiletries so I decided to head to the Target in holly springs up the road since I live about 2-3 min from the location. Now there was about 6-7 min left until the store closed at 10 pm by the time I parked. I knew exactly what I needed (not much like 3 items) and was going to be in and out in 3 min or less. So I walk in get my items and while I tried going to the station by the starbucks I come to find it's not working. Now mind you there was 3 min left until the store closes. I understand that the staff wanted to make sure they were starting to close down but I looked over to the self check out area and there was literally a line wrapped around all the way back to the kids clothing section. I see one of the employees checking someone out and I go ask why the self check out station was not working and she extremely rudely replied "I DON"T KNOW HAVE YOU TRIED IT??"" Yeah I tried it why would I be asking you if it was down or not lol. So then I walk over to the customer services station and there was a woman putting some things away not sure if it was the manager or not but I asked her if there was any way to open another self check out station since there was literally only 1-2 self check out stations open and I knew everyone was trying to leave but having 1-2 stations open when there is about 20 people waiting is not going to help you leave. This woman replied rudely and with some sarcasm I might add "THAT"S BECAUSE WE"RE CLOSED" and I replied back with well it's not helping you close or your staff leave if you have only 1-2 stations open. And then she repeated several times after that "THAT"S BECAUSE WERE CLOSED". After about 5 min they came to their senses and started opening self check out stations again to get the line moving. Not sure who was the manager on duty tonight but that is not how you treat your customers even if you're not having the best day. Leave it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe cashier, name is Yamili. I may have spelt it incorrectly. From the start I was given attitude and was not shown any kindness or a hello. This person was just cold, like I was wasting her time. The light was on, so that means the lane was open. I set a case of water on the belt so she could scan it and then I would remove it and put it into my cart. I had 2 more cases in my cart. She said "I'm not lifting that back into the cart," I did not expect her to. I was trying to do the right thing and put one on the belt and then remove it once it was scanned. second thing was, I held my phone up for her to scan my card on the target app and held it up for about 1.5-2 minutes before I moved to the other side and she had no choice but to scan it and not comtinue to ignore me. Then after I paid for my merchandise she set the receipt on the tiny thing by the visa card reader and it fell. She did NOT pick it up to hand it to me, which would have been the right thing to do since I was putting my card away at the time. Instead I had to reach around to get it. To top it all off another individual who works there went up to her as I was leaving and started talking about me. My daughter's heard them. I absolutely said something to her about her disrespect. I believe you should treat people with kindness especially when they idid not ahow disrespect to you. Its not my fault she had a bad day. She denied being rude, and said she was being kind. That is not the truth. Integrity goes a long way. It seemed like I spit in her grits. In did no such thing. IF you work with people then you should be nice to customers. If that is something you can not do find another profession. There is no excuse for this, and I'd rather take my business elsewhere then to deal with inconsiderate, cold hearted emplyees.
Store was clean and well stocked on a good note. Employees seem to be an issue here....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have never used the drive-up app at this location before, but I figured it would be similar to the others. Whenever you place your order through the app, it always says "ready within 2 hours or less". So after waiting 3 hours to be notified that my order was ready for pick-up, I started to get a little concerned.
I decided to call this location to see if there were any set backs regarding my order, and I wasn't able to get through to anyone. I called back about 15-20 minutes later and still no one answered... I decided to call a different department to see what was going on and I was finally able to talk to someone. I was told that because of the in-flow of orders, my order might not be ready until tomorrow and I have no way of knowing when exactly it will be ready.
Absolutely no hate towards the staff because I understand, but I really wish that I would've been notified of this prior to waiting hours for my order to be ready! The other locations I have gone to do a tremendous job with this service, but I was really disappointed about this. I went ahead and canceled my order because I couldn't wait a day to have my...
