I'll never go back to this Marshalls on Sheridan St. In Hollywood FL. Horrible rude supervisor at front training a new cashier. I'm sure most of us have been shopping and stuff rings up wrong price. Either it was put in wrong place or customer put it there happens all the time. How many of us check prices on those scanner machines throughout the store. Not Marshalls. Sometimes items are prices wrong. How many of us have asked the cashier to please check the price? This ignorant woman I say that because she was just that! Ignorant. I asked the cashier to please check the price it was on the clearance rack so I wanted to check. My shopping cart was full. I have 5 beautiful grandchildren. I was so stunned by this ladies behavior I truly should have left everything! The woman refused to check the price. I'm like wow are you serious you can just keep that! I mean she would not scan it unless I was buying it how strange is that! Bet she was a bully growing up! I have never had that happen wow! I'll never go back to that store again. I had a deeply disappointing experience at [Store Name/Location] due to the unprofessional behavior of the store coordinator, Nilda C. From the moment I approached her for assistance, her demeanor was dismissive and rude. I asked a simple question about a product, and instead of helping, she responded with a curt tone, making me feel like I was an inconvenience. Her lack of patience and unwillingness to engage left me feeling unwelcome in the store. The situation escalated when I asked for clarification about a store policy. Nilda was not only unhelpful but also spoke in a condescending manner, making it clear she had no interest in resolving my issue. It was one of the most unpleasant interactions I’ve ever had in a retail setting. Omg i just had the most amazing experience shopping at Marshalls in the Sheridan Plaza now don’t get me wrong i usually pop in an out here in the morning. So it’s my neighborhood store yet i never dare come in the afternoon because of the crowds. However the staff was so friendly and efficient the long line flew by. When i got to the register i grabbed the wrong side i heard Tony my superstar 💫 cashier say 10 and 10 i said no im 13 he said to grab he held my place and when i came back he made an offer i couldn’t refuse. A Platnum TJX card that would immediately save me 10% how could i refuse him. An i have another great card to go shopping.
