Froots — Restaurant in Hollywood

I like to get a smoothie after my workout so this was the nearest spot. I've never been here before but I've seen it around so I was a bit excited. I ordered a smoothie and a wrap with the dressing on the side. When I received my order, I was explaining to the lady who made it that the dressing is supposed to be on the side as I didn't see a cup of anything. She tells me she made it with the dressing in it as I'm telling her it's supposed to be on the side. She proceeds to show me the ticket of it just saying a regular wrap and next time to tell the cashier to put it on the side. I'm telling her I did tell him to put it on the side. And all she kept telling me was she already put it in it. Next time tell him what happened to see if they can arrange something for me. I didn't see what the issue was with making another one due to their miscommunication. ANY other food spot would make the meal over immediately. I guess I'm more upset that it wasn't even offered to remake it. Maybe I should've taken my $$ back. They'd get it right next time. Thanks for a great first visit FROOTS. I'll see if anyone wants to make me a wrap how...

I couldn't believe the service I received. First when calling, then when arriving. I've never been so impressed with any establishment as I am with this one. This is the best Froots location I have ever been to. I called just to ask if they had anything pumpkin, the nice young lady (who's name I'll get next time) told me they just got the pumpkin smoothie back in stock. She then asked if I wanted to order it and gave me some options which totally surprised me. I thought wow that's so cool they take the order so it's ready when I get there. Her directions to the location were perfect and I was in and out super quick. This is where I'll be going to get my pumpkin fix. Thank you Froots for hiring such amazing people to truly represent your brand! I had to take a moment after having the pumpkin shake with coconut milk, it's so good you have to pause. Wow I wish they had it year round, I'd be here everyday 😄 Lilliam is totally awesome and helped me pick out just the right wrap that didn't contain any of my allergies

LOVVVVVVE this hidden gem, LOCATEDIN THE PUBLIX AND KHOLS SHOPPING PLAZA AT SHERIDAN AND 54TH AVENUE. THE STAFF IS DEFINITELY ON TOP OF THEIR GAME. WE WERE GREETED WITH A SMILE AS WE ENTERED THE RESTAURANT. THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN, AND THEY ARE PRACTICING ALL CDC GUIDELINES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL OF THE COVID PROTOCOLS! ALL EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASK. THERE IS PLENTY OF AVAILABLE SEATING FOR A HEALTHY AND QUICK BITE, AT BREAKFAST OR LUNCH. THE SMOOTHIES ARE MADE FRESH TO ORDER, USING ONLY THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ARE USED. THE WRAPS, AND SANDWICHES ARE MADE WITH BOARS MEATS AND CHEESES. I HAVE TO GIVE A "ATTA GIRL" TO JENNIFER, WHO WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS USED IN THEIR SMOOTHIES, AND JUICES. SO THAT WE GOT EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. SHE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND KIND. OUR ORDER WAS PREPARED QUICKLY, SO THAT WE COULD GET BACK TO WORK IN TIME. THIS IS A MUST CHECK OUT.....LOCAL MOM AND POP BIZ that we will continue to goto for years to come!...
