Iâm giving this store a 5 star rating because they are AMAZING. Customer service is excellent and I never have a problem with their merchandise.
UNTIL TODAY. I was told by an inconsiderate, rude and selfish woman that myself and my infant would be run over with their car đ¤đ¤ I understand itâs a holiday but the other customers are beyond rude and inconsiderate. I made an online purchase and chose the drive up option. Of course with the holiday I completely understand that the store is extremely busy and the parking lot would be packed. I parked in a regular spot and waited for a drive up spot to open (like any other CONSIDERATE person would do). Spot #1 opens up and I park my car there and put my vehicle info in stating that Iâm here for my order. (Again, the employees are amazing and I had no problem with waiting as they were very busy). During my 30 min wait a lady in a black bmw decided to park in the handicapped spot next to me (no handicap placards or plates stating she was actually handicapped). She takes my spot number and gets her stuff within 4-5 mins of waiting. So me and 5 other people that have been waiting a very long time just have to sit there longer. I told her it was rude and inconsiderate being that I have a baby and have been waiting a long time and other families have been waiting as well she cursed me out and told me sheâd run me and my baby over with her car. Iâm sorry but if the store has DESIGNATED spots for drive up then those should be used. NOT handicapped spots. Iâm mad at this customer for being rude and inconsiderate and threatening me and my infant. I was so angry and scared I shouldâve called the police. Another same day, in the toy department a worker was helping me and another customer who assured us the dolls were $4.99 each - happy, I bought two - NO - they were $10.99 each. I was in the store on Sunday, selected an item in the baby department - no sign if they are on sale - I scanned it on my phone - 'not able to read this item' - I asked a worker, she said I don't have a scanner - [another item as well did not scan] - searched [time consuming] for another worker who did scan the item. Annoying so much trouble! - Now today I was in the store, found a lovely tote bag - $45.00 - no sign if it's on sale - I scan it and, happily it's on sale for $36.00 - very happy - and I have the coupon for the one day only 40% off - UNTIL - at the register it rings up as $45 and will take off 40% off that - explaining to me that the $36.00 was taking 20% before using the 40% and using the 40% will make it 40% off the $45.00 - WHAT! - the last three visits have been very...
   Read moreHorrible customer service. The signs for Amazon returns are missing and misleading. Went to return an Amazon package at the back of store where returns department has been forever. Sign says all customer returns are in front of store. Waited in line in front of store for 20 minutes (ridiculous - they need more staff at the registers) only to find out that Amazon returns are in the back of the store after all. By the way there are no separate line for returns versus people purchasing items. Stupid. Went back to the back of the store only to find out that the Amazon returns desk was hidden behind a wall with only the misleading sign that was visible with no sign saying that Amazon returns was still indeed there. Spoke to the Amazon returns guy and he said he has been trying to get management to fix the signage but they refuse to do anything. Spoke to a assistant manager Joe who was initially arguing with me and finally admitted that the signs need to be fixed. Not holding my breath.
