Reil's Rental — Local services in Holyoke

These people are straight thieves, who got my mother paying $1,000 for a used table that was originally $550. She had 3 months to pay $550 and because she was not able to it damn near doubled in price. I really do not know how the hell Reil’s Rentals are still in business. It is a disgrace to take advantage of elderly people with fixed incomes. This is worse than Rent-a-center or Aaron’s. Wake up people, you only find these stores in poor low- income neighborhoods, to take advantage of people. I’m making a complaint with the Better business Bureau and they he Attorney General’s office ASAP!!! I went in there today for the first time and the so-called Owner told me to come back to speak to someone named Mike on Monday. Are you kidding me? If you are the owner explain how a $550 table is almost $1,000 6 months into the rental? WTH? I’m so sick of these stores robbing people in the hood. If the owner can’t explain it who...

Even though prices are good if you pay off balance in 3 months their merchandise is garbage. I purchased one of the owners (Mike) side by side stainless steel fridge. Specifically asked if ice maker worked (main selling point for me). They were great bringing up appliance. But go elsewhere to get your appliances. Sometimes paying more is worth it. I had water lines installed only to learn it leaks from bottom causing water damage. I did reach out & discussed issue. Was informed it worked for him but sold as is. Tell the truth! Called back a week later only to hear other issues from him. At $300 to repair from someone else & still climbing. Please go elsewhere I had referred some friends wish I hadn't....

I have rented with Reils more than once and I will never buy or rent from anywhere else. Prices and service from them are outstanding! Way more of a selection with their catalog then Rent a center and Aarons combined. Honest, genuine, and humble unlike any of the other competitors I have dealt with in the past. Before you know it, you're done paying off whatever it is you rent from them. No extra outrageous fees or added costs! Hands down the best. I will continue to buy and rent from them for all of my home needs....
