Great customer service! Only regret is I had to use tech support shortly after install due to the internet dropping but even though it was 10pm I was still able to find a number and get ahold of someone that knew what they were doing and fix the problem promptly. With NO digging through the abyss of the innterwebs for a number to call or being forced through endless phone promts to reach a customer service representative that forwards you to the tech guy that says his manager has to handle it..
