You seriously gotta keep an eye out for those points you've racked up. Lemme tell you what went down today when I was at the counter. The cashier, this Cuban lady named "Rose," starts asking for my digits. I wasn't too keen on sharing my number, but she keeps pushing for it. Second time around, I put my foot down, but she ain't taking no for an answer. She goes on this spiel about the points, their whole deal and whatnot, even though I didn't ask for any of that explanation. Now here's where things get wild. Right before me, she dials up some random person from the back of the line. Can you believe it? She goes, "Oh, since he ain't into using his points, how 'bout you give your number, and we'll hook you up with those points." And what does she do next? She goes ahead and uses MY POINTS for this person, all 'cause I didn't wanna hand over my number without giving the nod. Then this person's all like, 'thanks,' and I'm standing there like, what the heck? I was so mad, you wouldn't even believe. I lose it and tell her I ain't cool with my points going to some random Joe. It's just plain rude and not cool to pull that on a customer. She acts like it's no big deal, erases the points like it's a snap, and says, "Don't worry, they're gone now." But here's the kicker, if it happened to me, it could totally happen to someone else without 'em even realizing. The manager's right there, but does zilch, probably 'cause she's another Cuban and they tend to have each other's backs, you know what I mean? So, I get her name, give 'em a buzz, and this really sweet lady on the other end takes my complaint. She even offers more points, but I'm like, nah, I just wanna know what the deal is with this lady at the store. Don't get me wrong, I'm a regular there, loving their stuff and all. But hey, just a heads up, watch your points...
Read moreMy mom & I used to come here all the time but now it’s really going down in business. Having only 2 cashiers up front is ridiculous when there’s over 10 people in the store & ready to make a purchase. That’s not fair to the customers or the employees. And the lack of empathy with how the managers speak their own employees made me feel so uncomfortable the last time & i just had to leave. There’s no way a store this unprofessional will be getting another purchase from me. The environment is too shady & awkward I’d rather go to the one up the street if this is how you guys choose to operate this...
Read moreI won't be shopping at bealls anymore. I ordered merchandise online but needed to return some stuff that doesn't fit. Well I went to the only Bealls close to me (30 mins drive) and guess what? The two ladies at the cashier DIDN'T KNOW how to process the return and told me to comeback the next day because the manager was not there Nd they were not trained how to process a return.. really???? Where are we? Mexico? Africa? This is unacceptable and I will be reporting this to Bealls corporate. Also be careful, the area is scary and dangerous, the parking lot is dark not even a...
