This is the worst store to ever shop at. The manager her is SUPER racist. I had purchased $100 worth of clothes. Purchased the wrong size sandals & went to exchange them for literally one size lower. One the receipt in BIG BLACK LETTERS it states “refund or exchanged can not be done after 14 days UNLESS you have the receipt & tags on the merchandise“ this blonde white lady refused to exchange the sandals for me. REFUSED. I called the store to ask for the cooperate number the first time they hung up the second time I was on hold for 20 minutes. No one had the cooperate number. While on the 20 min hold I called the Kendall store they were able to give me the cooperate number in LESS THEN A MINUTE! I asked the manager at the Kendall store if it was possible to exchange the sandals with the receipt after the 14 day timeframe so she ABSOLUTELY, there should be no reason why. So not only did this blonde lady give me a hard time they also have NO KNOWLEDGE of the company they work for. So now I have to take a 30 minute drive to a store that is willing to help. I shop in this store VERY often, never had a major issue. However this one time while rushing I purchased a two piece pants set not realizing I grabbed the smaller top until days later when I was going to wear it. I rushed over to the store and was told no exchanges without the receipt in which I didn’t have since I had no intention on returning unknowingly of the wrong size…. So here I am stuck with an item that I can’t fit and can’t do nothing about it smh money lost! Since they ask for a phone number I would think they would have access to that purchase. This to me is poor customer service especially just wanting to change the size that’s beyond crazy to me!!! We absolutely loved the clothes and would have bought so much more but every single employee in the store was the rudest I have EVER seen! I went next door and their comment was, "Oh yeah, we hear that a lot about them"! No one even smiled at us and when we tried to be friendly or ask questions we were made to feel like a major inconvenience.
