After looking for a place to eat noodles I found this restaurant with a great amount of good reviews. I was expecting something good out of it, however I couldn’t be more disappointed. Me and my partner waited over 46 minutes for four dumplings, sushi, and yakisoba that I’ll describe below, and none of them compensated the wait. First of all the service is nonexistent. The teens working here have no communicative skills. We were seated with a mumble and were brought water without straws, and weren’t asked if we needed them, which should be normal in a place where lots of people drink out of the same cup every day. No napkins or cutlery were on the table or brought to us, not even when the guy brought us the first dish. I was there waiting if he was going to realize at any point that I needed chopsticks to eat, but I ended up having to stand up and get it next to the kitchen. Our fried pork dumplings were burnt. I could even smell the burnt surface, and the flavor was missing. I’ve had better for cheaper. My octopus unagi was in rice rolls around a seaweed skin. The octopus was really difficult to find and the seaweed had this plastic sensation. Every time I tried to eat it the seaweed was uncomfortable to swallow and made the experience really unpleasant. Finally I asked for a chicken yakisoba. We decided to put the sweet and sour sauce on the side, which was a great idea since it seemed almost like a BBQ sauce with a layer of vinegar on top.The noodles itself were easily worse than those you can buy at a store for 99 cents. The chicken was hard and had no flavor. The broccoli was the best part of the dish. It’s unbelievable that in a noodle dish you consider the broccoli better than the rest. This place is awful and they are not going to see me here again. The other reviews here must be fake or from people with no better options, because the food here is trash.

As soon as you enter the restaurant you will notice it's not a big place yet the atmosphere is calm and relax. I love the fact that the lights are dimmed out! Also, as soon as you walk in you are greeted and invited to seat wherever you pleased. My nephew and niece, as well as myself, were completely surprise to see in the corner a little table with futons!!! They have a traditional Japanese sitting arrangements which made the experience quiet more fantastic for the three of us. I love the fact that the menu had alot, if not all, Japanese food selection. Even thought it's not on their menu they also have marble soda which my nephew and I love. It was inexpensive and their selections is nice. The food taste was good as per their soup including the traditional Ramen soup. Fried fish did not have the best taste but with a lil kimchi sauce and its better. My nephew liked their Miso Soup with beans and we like their Donutsu/Donuts dessert. The restaurant wasn't pack which is a shame because the atmosphere is calm and serene. We most definitely loved the person that provided us with a exceptional service his name is Hector. Hector was friendly, nice, fast and informative, congrats to the owner for hiring really attentive and great staff. In all, our experience was amazing! We enjoy our meal in a calm and quiet atmosphere! Will definitely come back and will recommend to family...

WASTE OF TIME So not impressed. Ordered at 7:09 and the order taker td me it would be ready in 25 minutes. Cool went to publix and walked in 25 minutes later (734). The young man told me it would be 10 more minutes said ok cool. Went to go hang out with my husband and baby in the car while I waited. Walked back in at 746 just in time to over hear a table towards the back order , I waited an additional 10 minutes until myself and another young man were approached after the third person walked in and they were forced to make contact with us. I was told my order was taking longer then usual that it would not be any longer. Then they gave orders to the other 2 people and they left. I waited and additional 10 minutes while I watched old boy organize the trays on top of the set up are at 8:03 I walked outside to check on my family. I walked back in and the order taker , tray organizer dissapeared to the back fir 5 minutes. In that time the waitress came out with the order fir the back table that ordered at 746 and I realized I had waited over an hour. WASTE OF TIME. I was done and left I will NEVER EVER RETURN. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY JAPANESE ...
