Taco Bell — Restaurant in Homestead

The overnight workers that worked August 30, 2025 are so lazy and they have the worst customer service. I went to pick up my mobile order and I used my reward as well to get a free gordita crunch. I ordered the Cantina taco box, a two piece of the Cinnabon delights and a side of sour cream to go with my tacos. When I received my food, I opened the box to see to my surprise a squirt of sour cream inside of the sauce cup. Taco Bell charges a dollar for a side of sour cream and I’m pretty sure that’s not what a side of sour cream was supposed to be. Furthermore, my Cantina tacos are supposed to have toasted cheese on the outside. I guess they didn’t feel like putting the cheese on the tacos either and wanted to be funny. My cheesy gordita crunch didn’t have any cheese in the inside layer between the soft taco shell and the hard shell like it usually does and the soft shell wasn’t steamed. I get that it’s late but why work a job overnight if you don’t feel like working. Food is not cheap and I work for my money just like you guys do so when I spend my money at any establishment, I expect for my food to be made the way that it’s supposed to be made. Also, the guy at the drive thru cash register probably should be working in the back making the food because he clearly does not like to deal with people at all. I don’t understand why someone has to even go through these issues at all. Treat people the same way you will want to be treated plain and simple. I called the store to address all of the issues and to try to see if I can get a refund, but they told me to request it through the app which I did, but I didn’t get back my reward for my free gordita crunch that wasn’t made properly. 🙄🙄. Just wanted to give you an insight of my last year since I had leg surgery in December 2019. In my year long rehab I live alone and hate to cook so i tend to eat out a lot and Taco Bell is a staple of my favorite fast food... I'd like to really Express just how great the staff you guys have at the store 025745 in Homestead zip code 33030 and I come by all the time to either have lunch or dinner.

And wanted to let it be known just how great an experience I always have here these folks are very clean, professional, polite and friendly. I've become known to a lot of them as the Diablo Sauce guy since I always get that sauce only when I come by and have found it funny since I come by so much that they know me by voice even in the drive thru.

While I've been at a lot of Taco Bell stores this one is a stand out and while I normally dont send feedback to companies I felt like these people deserved it. Especially during the covid19 they're putting their lives on the line to help keep things going and are all wonderful young people making your company look really good.

I dont know any of these folks on any level other than just coming by and eating here and hope you gives give them all a call and congratulate them for their good work and great attitudes considering the rough times were in.

This place is a disaster. Kids working in there are too busy cutting up with each other...no concern about the quality of service they should be providing.

I ordered a frozen drink through the drive up...When I got to the window the kid handed me a melted frozen drink. When I asked him about it he just said “this is the way they come out” and continued to carry on laughing with another kid standing there.

I said “They never came out like this before!” I got no response he just handed me my bag of food and shut the window. I put the straw in my drink I took a sip and there was no way I could drink it… It was like syrup water so I decided to park my car and go in and see if I could get the situation fixed. The kid at the counter walked over to the machine and said that they were all that way so one of the drive up boys told him to give me a cup and I could get a large soda in lieu of the frozen drink.

I walk up to the drink dispenser and tried three different sodas... all tasted like soda water. Counter kid told me they were out of syrups. I set the cup down (a $3.00 cup!) and just walked our.

When I opened my bag of food there was no sauce that I asked for, no napkins, and my crunchy taco was crushed with no fork to eat it with...so basically they were unable to get even ONE THING RIGHT! I’m truly in disbelief...the last thing anyone needs at the end of the day is to deal with this ridiculousness! Truly a waste of my my time and $10!...
