Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Homestead

The worst place to buy pizza I ordered 3 pizza the girl that says she's the night manager all she says is I don't know I can't to nothing if I don't know who did it ....my pizzas had no topping for 50.00 so I had them change it and waited 20 minutes and still no toppings. As I was going to leave with pizza a person screamed out saying if you wanted more toppings you should make them yourself all employees thinking it's funny even the night manager....so I return for refund...as I'm leaving a African American young boy came out and was taking pictures of my car and tag....this place is the worst ever to ghetto....I even call police for security reasons of him taking pictures of my car.....The owner needs to fire fat chubby guy with curly hair with red tips,manager girl with a tattoo on her arm a single tattoo....and African American for taking pictures of my car my address is in there system. And I guess they don't care that they lost a 53.00 order I had two orders plus a customer I'm never returning to...

We arrived at 10:23 and made our order we are under orders to a sloth near the door we ordered three Pizza two regular crust and one Thin Crust as pizzas came and went through the delivery system five other walk-up orders came all of the other people who ordered received their pizzas we still waited finally our pizzas came to us through the small slot immediately we knew something was wrong we had ordered a large thin crust because that's what they had we ended up with a small regular crust pizza we have them correct this we waited a little longer we finally got our pizzas at 11:05 well do you think that was satisfactory having five other people order after you did receive their orders and had been gone for them to mess our order up make us wait even longer and what's that little slot about it certainly made me feel unwelcomed there's no sign indicating to order here or any type of explanation so you'll see that I did not award them any stars at all do you think I was harsh do you think I was...

Out of eight orders from here not one has been correct or on time. I have had seven orders for delivery and one pick up. The seven deliveries have been at various times of the day. Not a single order was delivered in under an hour. I always order thin crust. These do not hold its temperature very long so the results have been cold pizzas. Not ever just a warm pizza. Let alone I either do not get the garlic butter or seasoning packets ordered. I was charged for them every time. Not sending them must be a racket there to help with food cost. Charge for it but do not give. I finally went to the location to place an order for pick up. Once again the order was not correct. I had to ask for my garlic sauce. I asked the pizza not be cut but that did not happen. No one that works there can follow directions or has a care to get orders to customers in a timely manner. I am done with this...
