I took my wife here as she was highly recommended by a current client to get her nails done there too. She made the appointment with Alana, who was also recommended. The appointment was for today 9:30am. This was made 5 days in advance. Upon arrival my wife went in at 9:28, and Alana was already with someone else. To make things worse she had to wait now after arriving early for her appointment. On top of this she was told to soak her feet, and being rushed when it was her turn which was already late regardless. My wife had had enough, after she asked why she was soaking her feet while she was still attending the other person. As soon as she said that the worker made a rude comment in another language to another worker and my wife left furious. This is very unprofessional.

The appointment was made days in advance and ignored. Upon arrival she was already attending someone else IGNORING the appointment. 3. She was rushing my wife while not even finished with someone else that she shouldn't have even been working with.

This isn't a factory, you don't cut corners with time by multitasking. You're doing nails, work on ONE client at a time and dedicate your efforts to satisfy a single client one at a time. Worst experience ever. Mistreatment, rudness in another language, unprofessional scheduling behavior. My wife will Never come back...

On Jan 2 2021 I had an appointment for my Oldest daughter I always bring my Little daughters... it’s the way I spend time with them.. long story short I was asked to leave because my youngest drop three juice droplets on the floor which I say started to pick it up the I ask the nail tech can I pick it up The juice he said no you have to leave I told my daughter to get up and I will pay for the two nails he place on he say I don’t need your money then I proceeded to leave at the point me and him was in an argument another nail tech sprayed a solution from a bottle on me saying she need to get rid of bad spirit I don’t care what the situation was don’t spray anything on no one I ask for them to call the cop they lied to the officers saying that I refused to wear a mask Thats why the kicked me out which I was talking to the officer with mask on I am very disappointed because this was my favorite but I won’t be going there anymore BEWARE the only men in there is nasty the picture below shows the...

Before going to this salon we read reviews to see if it was worth it ..when we got there, their was only one lady doing acrylics so we picked a color and waited my mom went first and showed them the length and shape she wanted the lady cut the nail way too much and when we told her she said it was too late and started doing a bad job the nails where lumpy and weren’t shaped one side was longer than the other .Then when I got mines done(with a different person) he cut them short then asked me if they where okay and barley put any acrylic there where some ends that didn’t have any on it although it wasn’t too bad the nail polish made it thicker he later on fixed my mom’s a little ..the place isn’t too bad but I would not recommend if you like long nails or thick nails . My nails look like it’s only the plastic with no acrylic but the paint job was nice and...
