I called asking about adjustable bed frames made by company Leggett & Platt and concluded asking "Do you know anything about knowable things that are known?" and the guy responded saying "No I don't know." which was just after him mentioning that he doesn't know much about answers to my questions, in less than 50 second phone call. I've been consumerly researching so much in short time that all the employees paid for jobs to know knowledge things, it's odd that they claim they don't know, even if they do know, unwilling to or otherwise afraid to offer such knowable knowledge, even though it's not only them, and lots of hired employees behave similarly as such. I ordered a Boring Mattress Company mattress (founded by Daehee Park, former co-founder of Tuft & Needle) and it's arriving today, but I'm still shopping for frames, trying to find something local I can pick up. I purchased a bed for my daughter in the end of 2017. Shortly after I bought the bed, I had to call the store for the headboard to be serviced which they did. Fast forward to last month and the headboard broke again! She’s 12 so it’s not like she’s jumping on the bed or rough housing but I called the store to get some direction on where to get it repaired. They took my contact information and someone called me back 3 days later informing me that because the bed is out of warranty they couldn’t assist me. My issue isn’t the warranty, my problem is that I was willing for pay for someone to come fix it as I’m not sure how to do it myself however he kept going back to the warranty!!! He couldn’t even give me the name and number to anyone that I could hire to fix it. Fantastic Experience We've shopped at Sleep Pittsburgh for our last few mattress purchases and will keep going back. They have a huge selection and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. And their customer service is incredible. We purchased a queen mattress and box springs and a low-profile box spring for a twin bed. After delivery (which was fast and easy with great delivery guys), I realized the twin box was too small for my antique bed. Not only was I able to return it with no hassle, but Vince went the extra mile and tried to source a shorter box that would fit my bed (without me asking), even going so far as to look into custom-made options.
