Took me a long time to write this, this happened 2023,, I had a bad experience, first issue, it was a lot of wasted money on security, that I was required to have if serving smoky drinks….and it turned out that it was his young staff members not certified…for the price, Also, My lounge furniture was suppose to be delivered, a 9am to 11am Monday delivery, that I relayed to the owner… I would say is normal, and I had to pay extra for them to open the door for it to be delivered, the first time, noone was available..then the company had to come back, and I was charged twice by the company, I did not appreciate the nonchalantness that the owner displayed towards me…for my only daughters baby shower, and I paid for the GOLD, package, never again, I give a lot of events, and this was thee worst, my feelings, he milked me, lesson learned, thank goodness I was financially blessed at that time… I call my reviews honest, and with receipts, I will never thank a bad experience, and yes,…. check my review history, there are good reviews on there as well… when it’s black owned business I’m reluctant to write on them… period… I had 2 events at the doubletree hotel twice, Westwood golf course in westmifflin, mansion on fifth in shady side, turned out perfect…. That was a couple thousand dollar event, I held at your establishment…you were suppose to accommodate, that is whats proper…but, your accommodation was with a fee….and yes, I was unnecessarily overwhelmed… with tears in my eyes, I only apologized to your worker, not owner… whom finally showed up for the lounge furniture to be delivered a second time, cause the company were going to leave again, after I paid for someone to opened the door, just do better, that’s...

The price was very reasonable for renting the space and the props were of very good quality. They were even willing to work with our budget.
This is a family run business and they treat their clientele like family. They were very kind and proffessional. It was pleasure working with them and they helped make our day very special.
I take one star, and it was hard to take the star, for one thing that was confusing and sometimes frustrating. Occassionally, during email correspondence, in person meetings, or phone calls, details about our package or our arrangements were a bit unclear. Some items we believed to be part of the package were not included or vice versa. As you could imagine for a stressed, engaged couple, that would lead to some "bumps" in the planning process.
