Racially profiled the moment I walked in the store and have been every time I enter. the first time it was night and I entered the store everyone stopped and looked like I was about to rob the place. Then the guy asked me what did I want I told him I was looking for medicine and he got it for me and took it to the counter. The next time it was a full and busy day time morning hours and walk in to gather my things I grabbed a monster and an Arizona a small bottle of baby oil and I was looking for deodorant the lady walked over to me after I put the drinks on the counter to adjust my things she walked over stood in front of me and asked where did I put the drinks I had in my hand I told her behind her on the counter. But I said I'm looking for deodorant can you help me. She walked away and went out of the store so I left the drinks where she last seen them because I didn't want to be accused of stealing and I started out the store disguised at how I was just treated not wanting to buy anything then she turns around and started to accuse me of stealing the small bottle of baby oil so I give it to her and she snatched it out my hand. I walked out of the store and she comes out and takes a picture and says she wants to have off the promises or she will call the cops for trespassing. I'm still confused as to why I have been treated like this at this 7 eleven store I'm a black male and I think it has a lot to do with my race but I have a friend who is a black male who said he is cool with the people and talks to them all the time he seems to think they treated me that way because I wasn't dressed properly some how I'm new to the area and I don't know how people are used to dressing or styles in the area but day of wearing fairly new outfit and money in my pocket being treated like a homeless theif. And I say it this way because NOT everyone who is in...
Read moreWould give 0 is possible. There’s 2 ladies at this location that are some of the worst in customer service. Tina is one and “Saryda” is the other. I’ve been in customer service for about 25 years now, and if I pulled this kind service, I wouldn’t have a job. And I understand the struggles of working with difficult people. But these cashiers are the worst, if a mistake is made on their part, be ready for them to make you look and feel dumb. Try explaining basic math is apparently a lost cause. They don’t take big bills, even when paying for 40$ worth of merch. And gotta love the constant attitude they give. And I’m a yes ma’am no ma’am kind guy. And my short lunch break I have no other option. I guess all us customers should be treated like we’re stealing...
