SAVED MY WORKING VACATION!!! I will be eternally grateful to CHRIS for saving me. I'm 2500 miles away from home so when my laptop went wonky, I panicked! Like many people, my computer is on 24/7 especially when I'm traveling. Yikes! Thank God it allowed me to find an IT person who could help me on a Friday afternoon. I researched the reviews and CYBERLIFE PC had 100% 5 stars, so I took a chance. CHRIS explained he was closing for the weekend and wouldn't be able to work on it until Monday, but would take a quick look. Good grief, it took me longer to describe the symptoms than it took for him to fix it! He chuckled as he applied the "simple fix." But for a NON-TECH like me, he might as well have overhauled it! It meant the world to me that he was as gracious as he was knowledgeable. I got a little lost trying to find his office so I called him from Foodland on Liliha. He told me to drive up toward the mountain and he would be just past L&L on the same side of the street. The biggest sign on his store says MOBI, so I parked in front of a quaint little parking meter that gave me 20 minutes for a quarter! This is my only 2nd ever Google review but I feel I must do this shop justice as this is how any service should be handled.

My laptop overheated and died. Brought it to this shop late on Friday. Chris explained exactly what it turned out to be, gave the really nice price and expected time to fix it, Monday.

He got everything right, even before looking, showing he really knows his stuff. Cleaned out the laptop, replaced the paste too. And when I asked him if he sells the specialized screwdrivers to open the cover so that I could do periodic cleaning myself, he just grabbed a 4-pack from his wall and threw them into my bag, no charge.

This is where you need to go for your broken tech folks. The business that has a person who is knowledgeable, punctual, takes pride in his work, and genuinely wants to help not-so-tech savy people like...

Chris is EXCELLENT ! He made special arrangements to accommodate me when I needed my laptop repaired in a hurry and during the covid19 pandemic, My laptop went from glitchy, to completely crashed and wouldn't even turn on. Chris repaired it quickly, and did some extra work on it which I didn't realize it needed and added virus protection. I've got tons of important files on it and now it runs flawlessly, starts up quick, all the open windows and programs run seamlessl and all at an amazingly affordable price.
