Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Honolulu

I used to work at Chuck E. Cheese's Kalihi in the kitchen. Whenever we get an order, we were expected to get it out in 11-12 minutes, assuming it was a pizza or 2. Bread sticks, in less the time because they were smaller and didn't need to spend as much time in the oven to cook. I say that because I went to this specific Pizza Hut JUST to order a serving of bread sticks to go. It took over 20 minutes for me to get my bread sticks. For the first 10 minutes, I watch the employees behind the counter talk among themselves, which I brushed off. The bread sticks should already be prepped ready to stick into the oven so I assumed they did that and are waiting for it to come out. At the 20 minute mark, I watch the only person ignore a newly finished order at the window to go tend to the tables for almost 5 minutes. She made enough trips back that she should have at least glanced at the window to make sure if there were any orders sitting. So when I finally decided to ask about that order at the window, it wasn't even mine! And I'm the only person in the waiting area! She goes to the kitchen and as soon as I tell her what I ordered, she magically appears with my bread sticks in hand. She gave me a personal pizza with my order but that was not what I want. What I wanted was to not have to wait over 20 minutes for my bread sticks, have to ask you about it, and have to further waste my time writing this review. Well for such a big place I expected more, ALOT more!for one for all those seats why do they only have one bar out there. I've seen really small pizza huts have atleast three with some amazing choices, And to have spoken so highly about pizza hut and bringing my son to experience it for the first time with me I would have to say it was embarrassing for me to have spoken so highly of pizza hut and got next to nothing when we were there they didn't even have the basics at the bar, as in, no pepperoni pizza, no cheese pizza, and only one crappy dried up dessert. It had to have been there for atleast 2 hours. I don't know maybe I'm being to judgemental cause I'm a dedicated 💯 pizza hut guy, I'm just kidding. I do expect better cause I remember better. Pizza hut was and I mean was the best in the world to me that is but after this experience I don't know all I can say is, Disappointed on my end, I'll never go back to that location again what a waste of space. All those seats and only one bar they should reduce the seating down to two booths cause that's all the food they put out to feed, and the price oh my gosh, ridiculous. I was thrilled when I found out Pizza Hut Liliha started offering their famous buffet again! I made it a point to not go when they first started it because I didn’t want to fight the crowd or the training of new employees that have never experienced working a buffet before. Today was the day we were going to try the lunch buffet! Myself and 3 other work colleagues decided to take a short trip to Liliha for the buffet. We got there at 11:45 AM and there was ample parking at the time. Immediately, when we entered the place, we were asked “pick up or dine in for the buffet?” We said buffet and had to pay upfront $15 plus tax. We were given ZERO information on what was included and ONLY told we could “sit anywhere”. It took us a while to question whether beverages were included, which they were and didn’t think twice about NOT SEEING ANY SALAD ON THE BUFFET LINE!!! We were on our way out when we heard a diner ask for some salad and was told “we will bring it right out”! To my surprise AND DISMAY, YOU NEED TO ASK FOR SALAD IF YOU WANT IT AS PART OF YOUR $15.
