Food taste good but service terrible! We ordered 2 orders of eggplant and chicken. Picked it up and drove to hawaii kai to our family gathering. Opened it to find its not our order. Called and lady said to bring it back. Told her we were too far to drive back. She said ok, come tomorrow and she will make new one for us. We called the next day she said going take half an hour... ok. We go and she gives us 1 order COLD. Asked her why its cold. She said it was yesterdays one so just microwave it. If she make new one, she gotta pay for it. Then she brings out the other order from the ice box and says nothing wrong with it. WOW! If that didn't get me going even more. FIRST OF ALL why tell us going take half hour if she pulling it out from ice box? SECONDLY, why give us only 1 order if she saved the 2? Also makes me wonder IF SHE MICROWAVED SOMEONE ELSES MISTAKE ORDER WHEN WE ORDERED IN THE PAST? Ended up not taking any of the orders and no credit back to our credit card - so upset and disgusted with poor business ethics!! She was so worried about her having to pay for her mistake. Unreal!...

This should be a 0 star but the lowest is 1 star. After seeing their ad in Dining Out we decided to call a take out order for the first time. The women that answered the phone was very curt and down right rude! After placing my order, she quickly hung up before telling me how long it would take. No "thank you, goodbye" I called back to ask how long it would take and she started yelling, 10 to 15, - 30 minutes (or something like that, I could not understand) Again she hung up on me. I called back to cancel my order. She then called me back a few minutes later to ask to confirm my cancellation? I told her "yes, you are rude and not a nice lady " I don't know why they would spend money advertising when they treat their customers with distain, no customer service at all and simply rude! We always try to support local but never at this...

We ordered online and picked up our food. The wait time wasn't long, quicker than I had expected actually. We had sweet/sour pork, shrimp fried rice and crispy gau gee mein with cake noodle. The pork was good but there was a bit too much sauce for my preference, the fried rice didn't really have too much flavor but after I poured shoyu on it, she go! The cake noodle was definitely my favorite part, I loved the sauce, I love that it was loaded with vegetables and meat, it was the best part or our order truthfully. The gau gee was good too but they didn't give us any sauce for it and that's what it really needed. But on a scale of 1-10, I'd give this...
