One of the worst maintained, dump of an office buildings in Honolulu. Elevators always broken. Leaks all over. It's only saving grace if you're unlucky enough to have your office there is the big Costco next door. I'd never go to that Costco, even though it has the best selection, because the parking lot is a madhouse. But working there makes it very convenient. The State of Hawaii is major tenant at Dole Cannery, and it should use eminent domain to acquire the property. A basic appraisal/inspection would reveal that the property is worthless. In fact, Castle & Cooke should be made to pay the state to take the property off its hands. Any taxpayer funds going for rent at that property is a crime. Just be safe it’s key to remember and the rest will care for itself as humans we have always had diseases and shutting down is not the answer teach cleanliness and respect towards our environment and it will...
Read moreThere are many businesses we support at Dole Cannery but they need to maintain the property better to keep clientele coming. My husband went in the restroom only to exit saying it was filthy and didn’t even want to touch the sink. The elevators were slow and limited for the sea of people that come out of the theaters. Forced us to take stairs because the elevators kept opening instead of taking a full car up the lot.
Parking WITH VALIDATION for the movie was $11 and it took forever to get out of the lot as only 1 attended is taking tickets. Plus they do NOT take credit card payments. We come here for movies all the time and have NEVER had to pay so much with validation for...
