Hawaii Flower Lei — Local services in Honolulu

The staff were very friendly and responsive to our recent lei order. We initially paid for Saturday delivery and at their recommendation we elected to have the lei's delivered on Friday because Fed Ex isn't being reliable for Saturday delivery. Thank you Hawaii Flower Lei for ensuring our order was delivered fresh and on time for graduation. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the fancy lei's, maile ti leaf and haku we received. We ordered the lei trio and on the website it said a Christina lei would be included. This is a specific lei we wanted for our daughter and unfortunately it was substituted with another fancy lei. I realize this is my fault because I didn't provide a week notice and the customer service agent warned they would substitute lei's as needed. As the Christina was still showing available on the website I didn't think it would be missing - totally my fault for not verifying. The maile ti leaf wasn't full like the website pictures and the haku was plain and didn't match or look like the beautiful haku on the website. This is a mixed review, but if you aren't concerned about specific styles and colors, this place will deliver fresh and beautiful...

We had a really nice experince with Hawaii Flower Lei. It's been two years ago now, but my husband and I went to the Big Island for a vacation. It was his first time to HI so I wanted to make sure he got a traditional welcome. The leis were full and fragrant, and we kept them in the refrigerator when we weren't using them, so they lasted our whole trip. (I believe we ordered the Wedding Lei Set.) The photos look like dramatically different colors because of the lighting, but they are the same leis several days apart. We enjoyed taking them apart and spreading just the flowers in the ocean our last morning, as suggested by some sources. (It's important to remove the string to avoid endangering sea life.) I ordered leis for my son's high school graduation and I couldn't have been more pleased with Hawaii Flower Lei. I was worried about how fresh the flowers would be given that it's 90+ degree where I live and the leis would be traveling many miles to get to me.

I had no reason to worry. The leis arrived within two days from the time I placed the order, they were fresh and beautiful, clearly packaged with care, and included easy-to-follow instructions on how to keep them fresh until graduation day.
