Leis of Hawaii Airport Lei Greeting — Local services in Honolulu

I am not one to take time to write a review, so I am only taking the time to write this to warn other people. I ordered two leis for my son and his new wife for when they landed for their honeymoon in Oahu. I received a confirmation email that the order was accepted. The next day I got another email cancelling my order. I tried emailing and calling them multiple times to confirm that the order had actually been cancelled. NO emails or voicemails were answered, and they NEVER picked up the phone, not matter what time of day I called. Then, 3 days after the cancelation, I got another email now again confirming my order! I emailed them yet again and they finally answered me stating they were booked for weeks and could not accept my confirmed order. There were absolutely no apologies for their behavior. I then tried booking other lei companies for their initial arrival in Oahu, but by that time it was too soon to the new couple's arrival for anyone to help. So I set my sights on Maui, which they were going to their second week. LeiGreetting.com took my order and delivered quality leis to my son and wife. The greeters were very courteous and friendly and took their pictures with their leis on along with a new Mr. & Mrs. sign that they had made for them. From start to finish, this experience was absolutely amazing. I booked the lei service the morning of our arrival, and they were incredibly communicative and responsive, which gave me peace of mind during a busy travel day. As soon as we landed, we were warmly greeted by Frank and Kaipo, who made us feel right at home with a traditional Aloha welcome. The leis were beautiful and fragrant — the perfect start to our Hawaiian getaway. They even took the time to snap a few great photos of us, which was such a thoughtful touch and really helped us capture the moment. I just called to get information on location and if they had single leis (I wanted to personally purchase one ) the guy who picked up the phone was rude rushing and didn’t seem to care ... I had to ask him what is wrong and he said we don’t have time to get to you in an hour ... he didn’t even wait to find out exactly what I wanted ! So I thanked him and hung up ...
