Sarah is a talented and intentional yoga teacher. Her flows are very unique and beautiful. I felt very connected to my body and my breath during the whole practice. She incorporates pranayama (conscious breathing exercises) which was great at soothing my nervous system. Overall my experience with Oahu flow was 100000/ 10!!!
