I went to this smoke shop solely based on its location. As soon as I walked in the worker told me he couldn’t help me because his system was down. He didn’t say anything else but I decided to wait because I needed my CBD pen :) Another customer walked in right as the register got working again and the worker took him first. When he helped me I purchased two disposable pens and he told me I could try them out there which I did. The second pen did not work on the first attempt and so I tried again and it seemed to work alright, so I left. I began the walk to my hotel which is four blocks away, two blocks into my walk I realize the pen really wasn’t working… maybe every fourth Puff it would light up 50/50 if you’d get anything out of it. So I turned back around and went right to the store. it couldn’t have been any more then eight minutes at the most! I told the guy it wasn’t working and if I could exchange it for the same exact one and he told me he couldn’t do anything about it. I asked him why he made me check it in the first place if he couldn’t exchange it, he said if I had asked him to exchange it then he could have. I showed him several times that it wasn’t working. Out of 10 tries it maybe worked twice. He asked me for the pen back and I thought maybe he was going to exchange it but instead he cleaned the top off and tried it himself! What about COVID and the pandemic!! What the heck! He wiped it off and said it was working and I couldn’t exchange it again. I didn’t see any smoke come out but hey i haven’t been smoking for 15 years or anything .. I just said OK and left the store. I was disgusted by what just happened basically it’s going in the trash after he put his mouth on it without asking me. i’m not the type to make a fuss or argue with employees I know he doesn’t own the shop. But I was frustrated and even cried on my way home $35 down the drain and a waste of time.
Ive worked retail/customer service for 12 years.. It just seems that since this is a tourist town they don’t care about the customers because the customers aren’t coming back either way !
It’s a cute little shop if you want to buy some rolling papers or a rolling tray. But I wouldn’t recommend getting any type of battery operated pens or anything you can’t check with your eyes at that moment…

Hope the owners hears about this horrific incident of such rude service I've just encountered just now and will make sure Katie the manager finds out by tomorrow morning. Worst customer service ever and said "We are Not Important "customers and refuses to sell at 9:30 when there was no one in the store!!! He needs to get his head check saying He doesn't have to sell to us - as if ... I've been faithful loyal daily customer that prob helps you to get paid there . You shouldn't be in customer service for this is the worst experience I've had...
Read moreBe careful buyers: I was upsold a $200 "OG TUBES" water pipe that does not function correctly, according to the sellers description (I'm a nerdy PhD, so I am always sure to ask my clarifying questions). When I returned to the store and presented the issue to the "manager" (who was the person who sold it to me), I was told there was nothing he or the store could or would do for me. When I inquired about getting in contact with the store owner to discuss, the manager just shrugged his shoulders and said no. I am a local, and I like to support my local businesses, but with poor service like this, I cannot recommend this...
