Food is pretty decent, however the service was the most disappointing I’d say.

They have no signage of where to order. But they do have a QR code to order so I thought it was pretty neat and convenient.

Order went through. There was an eta time of pick up. It was about 30 minutes waiting after doing the calculation. So my husband and I left to go grab some coffee one block down at the food truck down the street.

Upon returning we came back 10 Minutes earlier before the ETA time. Was very understanding and patient even when we noticed the other people had received their order after our time for pickup on our confirmation email.

When I went up to the counter to ask, I asked very politely if they had finished the order since there was an ETA time and it’s been more than 5 minutes. I even showed her my phone so she can see my confirmation # and ETA time. The lady at the counter said what’s the name. I gave my name. She said I don’t speak Chinese! What’s the name I need the name.

Mind you I gave her my full name. And I repeated my name. I’m not even Chinese! I also showed her my order #.

To which she handed the order to me and said we do names.

I tried to not let it get to me. But what’s more upsetting was when she handed the order to the other customers she called out their order #!

This is one of the worst experience. Pass ! Furthermore, when I say it left a bad taste ! It definitely left a bad taste. The seafood did not...

Ok so went here the other day while on vacation in Hawaii. I had read other reviews and was skeptical. I even saw a review with a response from the owner accusing the trucks across the street for writing a fake review, I went and tried it for myself to be able to give and honest review that people visiting can perhaps trust as I dont live in Hawaii nor do have anything to gain from being dishonest...Now the FOod! Food was OK... not great...not amazing...OK. The service was great, both people working were nice and friendly. They were busy, several young adults were there eating when I arrived. I was greated and I ordered the Firecracker Shrimp, Fries and a Salad. The Shrimp was ok...the outercoating was a little too crunchy and hard..almost looked burnt but they were not. Fries were ok, thin cut shoe string fries and I didn't touch the salad. For a quick bite...a little pricey if u dont mind it will work. On the dish I got again it was OK. There is another food truck next to them that sells 18.00 cheese pizza, they dont sell by slice and on 18.00 I can not and will not take that chance. I would have tried them too but I had spent close to 20.00 on the seafood truck and I was not feeling...

Flashback to 2022, we were walking around Waikiki and stumbled upon this cool blue freight trailer turned into a food truck. The food and service was fantastic. Fast forward again to last night, we decided to bring friends there to eat on our first night in Honolulu. It was busy at 7pm. The service was efficient though. Their menu had expanded ( imho, more isn’t always better). since the last time and the prices went up too. There were 4 of us in our group. I had Mahi and oysters. The mahi was delicious but the oysters were fishy and kind of greasy as they were fried. The rice that was included was bland and too sticky. Two of our group had fish and chips. The fish was tasteless and had that frozen fish vibe. The chips were greasy and just were not enjoyable. The fourth person in our group had fried rice. The chicken in it tasted weird and overall it was not enjoyable. The blue trailer has such potential to be amazing… why not cut back your menu and do a few things really well instead of having an impossibly infinite menu with a whole bunch of bad to mediocre...

I don’t know if we came at the wrong day, but this food was 1. Overpriced 2. Disgusting and 3. DISGUSTING. Even if we did come on an off day, this says a lot about the place’s consistency. We ordered the following items: 1. Lamb/calamari combo ($25.00) 2. Shrimp trio ($21.00) 3. Salmon/coconut shrimp combo ($18.00) 4. Salmon bowl ($18.00) 5. 2 pizzas ($53.00) The cumulative price for the order was $135.00 (plus some tip), which would be fine if the food was worth it. Unfortunately, whatever expectations we set for the food were far subverted. The bread that came with each of the combo had a sour aftertaste and was as if it left out for the whole day. Salmon was alright, but the point was that for $18.00 that better be much better than microwaved week old fish that we received. The salmon coconut shrimp combo had a piece of metal in the rice. Perhaps worst of all, the pizza had texture reminiscent of drywall and taste not too dissimilar to aging cardboard. In all, don’t go here. The quality was terrible and yet it still charged prices as if it was high french dining.

A nice and very popular spot for trying Hawaiian Sea Food variety. They have an extra large menu which has almost everything one can think of having in Hawai. The place is practically a long container where they take order in the beginning, next window is for food pickup, while the last portion is for dynamic tacos. You place the order and get a receipt with order number, the delivery guy literally shouts the order number a few times and you have to keep an ear out for him in the midst of their music playing and road traffic. They have 10 tables with 4 to 6 chairs each covered by an umbrella for consuming the food hot. They accept both cash and card. Overall a nice spot. This is located right across from the corner food street trucks on main Kuhio Avenue. This is a busy spot and parking is extremely difficult to find, so better walk here, take the bus, or a ride share. They do have vegetarian options available on the menu. This place is wheelchair accessible. The Spicy Garlic Shrimp were very nice and even the small size had a large serving good for two people to share.
