Waikele Outlet Shuttle — Local services in Honolulu

Decided at the last minute to go to Waikele for a few hours.

I rang Allstar Tours and spoke to Kentucky at 9:40am to see if there was a chance I could get on one of his shuttle to the outlets. He said most certainly. Told me to be at the Red Lobster pick up point by 10.30. The shuttle that picked me up arrived right on the dot of 10.30. We arrived at Waikele around 11.30. Gave us plenty of time to look around and was offered an option either returning at 3pm or 6pm. On the way back our driver, Snider pointed out several locations for good food and restaurants as well as points of interest along the way.

I took the Waikele outlets shuttle bus and was so happy with the VIP service. For only $10 return, from Waikiki, I was picked up from my hotel and was given a choice of 9am,10am or 11am departure times. Once aboard the bus, it was a fun and friendly atmosphere with the driver not only telling us about the outlets but also giving local advice about an island tour, Lu au, great restaurants, scenic sights, bars and family friendly places to experience. Such an unprofessional service that felt so unsafe, the other female customer and I did not take the shuttle home. Pick up was late. A not very tidy car, with no markings to suggest it was a proper shuttle service like the one in the photo. It didn’t seem right. Odd conversation by the driver that made us feel uncomfortable.
