This is a neighborhood park mostly used by nearby residents but also outside sports teams and fitness groups. Street metered parking can be sparse. There are bathrooms that work and somewhat maintained. The bball, pickle ball courts, and playground area look regularly maintained as well. The drawback is the vast homeless that troll the area. They're very boisterous and confrontational with eachother. If you have small children, keep a close eye out.
